1) Showing rentals during the week and on Saturdays. There is potential for growth and more responsibility!
2) An assistant that can do showings but will mainly assist with admin work. There is an opportunity
This is a great way to get your foot in the door of an amazing real estate company. Specializing in the following neighborhoods: Westside, Mid-Wilshire, Mid-City, Miracle Mile, Koreatown, and West Adams. So keep that in mind when applying because a car is MANDATORY!
Requirements include:
Must own a vehicle
Must have a computer
Must have availability during the week and on Saturday (actual hours to be discussed )
Have admin/customer service experience
Have an upbeat, friendly attitude
Outgoing | Detailed | Go-getter | Self-starter | People person
Organized in a fast-paced environment
Real Estate License is preferred
Writing experience a BIG plus!
Must provide references
Looking for an assistant who can work 20-40 hours per week. Hourly salary commensurate with experience.
