Insurance Customer Service Support
compensation: Hourly and commission based on experience
employment type: 30hrs minimum a week
An Insurance Agency located in Inglewood is seeking a bilingual DYNAMIC Customer Service Support Staff.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Greeting clients / answering and distributing phone calls
Handling and solving payment problems
Handling and solving customer complaints
Taking initial insurance claim information
Providing clients information about their insurance policy
Prospecting existing clients for new sales opportunities
Taking payments in person and/or via phone
Processing orders, applications and requests (i.e changes to policies, evidence of insurance, etc.)
Following up on requested info
Schedule Staff Meetings
Keep track of staff licensing and continued education and create a calendar
Prepare weekly briefing for Mr. Campbell in the form of a reports gathered from employees
Prepare Weekly Reports
