POSITION TYPE & WORK HOURS
Day Shift Receptionist (6:30am - 3:00pm)
Swing Shift Receptionist (3:00pm - 11:30pm)
Working weekends is required
Working holidays is required
COMPENSATION (DEPENDING ON WORK HISTORY AND EXPERIENCE)
$15 / Hour Starting Pay
DESCRIPTION OF THE ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming telephone calls and direct the caller to their correct destination within the company or department
Responsible for answering general inquiries over the phone
Responsible for processing subscriber's request and account updates on our system
Responsible for processing, checking address changes and verifying information in mapping program
Responsible for taking, retrieving and relaying messages to specific personnel
Complete outbound calls to subscribers and/or 911 authorities for verification of information
Maintain confidentiality of information obtained in course of employment

Communicate in a professional manner - with a positive tone
Able to transmit a great first and ending impression during each call
Seasoned with dealing with peers, superiors, and people in general in a professional manner
Reputable habit and track record for excellent attendance and being punctual in the workplace
Showcase organizational skills - ability to prioritize, detailed oriented, and ability to multi-task
Flexibility - open minded to new ideas, processes and change in general
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior stability in the form of employment and customer service experience is a plus
Solid keyboarding skills - Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
Knowledge or Skilled in Microsoft Office is a plus
Proof of High School diploma or equivalent;
Subject to pre-employment drug screening
