Cambrian Homecare is seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to provide great customer service to our clients and caregivers. We are seeking a Receptionist to provide high quality customer service and provided assistance to all incoming calls. This is a face paced environment that will require taking on high volume of calls and redirecting to the appropriate team member.Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming calls
Problem solve any urgent situations or direct them to the appropriate personnel
Provide support to staff for daily operations.
Communicate effectively with team members
Provide customer service and directly resolve any issues and concerns
Any other tasks/projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional organizational skills required.
must possess excellent communication skills in English
2+ year's receptionistexperience
Able to exercise discretion with confidential information
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Spanish speaking a PLUS!
This is a fast paced environment, must be patient yet have the drive and energy to work with our caregivers and clients. Must be self-motivated to assist other staff and resourceful to get the job done.
