Dakota Financial has an excellent career opportunity for an Office/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This job will require the candidate to handle various projects at once and would be best suited for someone that is a self-starter with great multitasking skills. - Route calls appropriately
- Ordering supplies

- Data Entry
REQUIREMENTS
- This position will be an in person position not remote
- Navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience preferred
- Should be knowledgeable of word processing and spreadsheets
- Succeed independently with tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
- A willingness to take on both small administrative tasks and high visibility requests
- Skills to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements
