JOB SUMMARY: Office assistant
Job Duties will encompass but not be limited to:
Assist with tracking projects or schedules for the issuance of routine documents (such as reports and contracts).
Assists with client invoices, and related forms are being evaluated.
Function as central resource for client specific information.
Assist with submittals
Maintain communication with Dispatch and field Foremen to keep project folders up-to-date.
Clerical duties as assigned, including basic filing, scanning, emailing, and faxing documents.
Professionally Administer all incoming calls.
Greet guests in a professional, friendly manner.
Assist with other projects as needed.
Maintain calanders
Skills, Knowledge and Ability:
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
General knowledge of accounting, business administration, and project management practices.
Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner.
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast- paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division quickly and accurately.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, employees, and management team.
Professional decorum and business maturity required.
Ability to successfully serve as a member of a team.
Position may require overtime with little or no advance notice given.
Must possess strong work ethics.
Must be well organized and a self- starter.
Must be able to follow standard filing procedures.
