We are a small, family-owned company seeking a motivated, reliable individual to join our team. This is a hands-on role that offers a variety of tasks across construction, property management, admin and customer service. We're looking for someone who is dedicated, responsible, and eager to grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, manage inquiries, and schedule appointments
Greeting and assisting visitors
Preparing coffee and maintaining the break area
Visit job sites to assist with project coordination
Scan and organize documents, contracts, and files
Interact with clients, tenants, and vendors with excellent customer service
Support administrative tasks such as report preparation and meeting coordination
Requirements:
Experience in construction, property management, or a related field is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be punctual, reliable, and proactive
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Spanish-speaking is a plus (but not required)
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
