We are growing and would love to hire someone that is looking to grow with the company, we are Looking for an Office Assistant or Administrator assistant.
Post Monthly Expenses, Bank Entries, AP. AR, Journal Entries, Reports, experience with Sage 50, and Quick Books a must.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
Ability to use data entry applications (e.g. Word, Excel)
Attention to detail
DataBase Experience
Ability to navigate and use data entry tools
Math skills
Analytical skills
Problem-solving skills
Starting as a Part-Time Job, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, potentially to move to a
full-time position.
