Company: Roof Repair Specialist

Job Summary: We are looking for a full time office assistant and scheduler that is willing and able to grow with our company and assist in this process. This person must be able to work under pressure and wear many hats and keep their cool.

Education and Experience:

-Minimum of a High School Diploma

-AA or BA preferred, but not required

-Experience in an office

-Experience in Construction or Preferably Roofing

Essential Skills:

-Must be able to handle the pressure of high call volume

-Relationship skills necessary to deal with and handle customer issues

-Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word)

-Able to adapt to our fast-paced office. We are growing at a fast pace and need someone able to keep up

Responsibilities:

-Handle customer phone calls; schedule appointments and meetings, answer customer questions

-Working closely with production and sales and assisting as needed

-Handling office needs; ordering supplies, ordering shirts and promotional items, organizing office events, and more
