Fire Protection company looking for office assistant to help provide customer service and data entry.
Qualified applicants should have verifiable office experience with the following:
-Reception/Phone
-Phone and Email correspondence
-Data Entry (Quickbooks)
-Office Software (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Preferred experience with the following:
-Accounts Payable/Receivable
-Assisting Sales and/or Operations department
-Public Works/DIR/LCP Tracker
Must have minimum 2 years verifiable experience in office.
