Ops Admin & Bookkeeper

Position Overview:

Responsible for administration as customer service and sales supporting team through making invoices and related documents and supporting account team through providing accurate financial operations, working conditions are characterized by the early start and early finish

Key Responsibilities:

Work from Monday through Friday

4am - 5am, work in home (organize customer orders with simple Excel jobs and send them to the printer in the office)

6am - 1:30pm, work in the office (perform basic tasks stated in position review above)

Sat. 6am-10am, work in the office, accredited as overtime

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-tasks

Qualifications:

High school diploma and above

Bilingual in English and Korean

Must be a US citizen or permanent resident or legal working permit holder

Basic level and above in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
