Small office with an opening for a part time office assistant / customer service representative to start immediately!
The perfect candidate will have excellent communication skills (in person and over the phone), be comfortable in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel, familiarity with Google applications, and a willingness to learn new things.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Good computer skills and experience with data entry
Must be able to handle filing of paperwork which requires standing and bending
Must be fluent in English
Bonus Skills (Not required but having any of the below skills will set your application apart!):
Fluency in Spanish or other languages
Retail experience
Experience in Mold & Die, Metal Polishing, and Industrial equipment sales
Experience using QuickBooks
Experience creating shipping documents via FedEx and UPS
Responsibilities:
Answering and forwarding inbound calls
Greeting and directing customers
Taking orders over the phone
Processing orders and shipments
Performing general administrative tasks including filing
Other administrative duties as assigned by the Office Manager
Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00AM - 3:30PM (.5hr lunch)
Located South of the 210 Freeway just off of Myrtle Avenue and a block away from the Monrovia Metro Gold Line stop.
