Seeking a part time (10-20 hours / week) personal assistant to help with tasks in the following categories:
general errands (grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, running checks to the bank, etc.)
scheduling personal appointments
scheduling travel (business and personal)
researching, scheduling, and managing home vendors (e.g. appliance repair, gardeners, pool cleaner)
personal shopping (clothing, gifts)
helping with home decor (e.g. purchasing houseplants, candles)
taking dog to and from groomer or vet appointments
tracking to-do lists
Applicant must have a car, current drivers license, and insurance. Hours will be largely flexible, but generally expect to work more afternoons/evenings and possibly some weekend time. A dog lover who would be open to walking the dog is a big plus.
I am located in Beverly Hills and strongly prefer an assistant within a 30 minute drive. Compensation will be through my business and thus taxable.
