Core Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for on-site managers and maintenance technicians
Schedule interviews, manage onboarding paperwork, maintain HR files
Assist with daily office operations: phones, emails, data entry, follow-ups
Support with inventory control and purchasing
Who You Are
Reliable, proactive, and resourceful
Strong communicator (phone, text, and email)
Comfortable with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and PM software
Bilingual is a plus (Spanish preferred)
Prior recruiting, admin, or PM office experience is helpful—not required
