Minimum 3-5 years of software development experience, ideally in an in-house environment
5 years experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
Salesforce Administrator Certification and/or Salesforce Platform App Builder highly desired
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
Experience developing page layouts, user permissions, object and data permissions
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Excellent written and communication skills
