We are building a team of multifamily cold callers to work the West Side and San Fernando Valley. We are looking for about 5 individuals to come on board. You can be totally new or have previous experience. The most important thing is a strong work ethic and strong self motivation and a belief in the process.
You will be trained and given resources to execute your tasks. My success will be tied directly to yours and I will invest my time and effort into you.
Job Description
- You will be part of weekly trainings (both remote and onsite) to ensure your progress.
- You will be calling owners of multifamily buildings with the goal of setting appointments.
- You will be tracking calls made, contacts and appointments set. (This is for training purposes to help hone your craft)
- You will learn the real estate business and become licensed and eventually share in the deals themselves.
- You will learn the terminology and deal analysis and create proposals.
An office is available and highly recommended to use, but you can work remote as well. Consistency in your approach will be the key.
Compensation (Detailed to be discussed)
- Initially you will be paid out on an increasing portion of the total deal commission.
- Once licensed you will be included in the deal and receive your agent split.
