Property Management Administrative Assistant
Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinating maintenance/Remodeling Activities
- Regular interaction with Property Owners, Tenants, Vendors, and Associates
- Bookkeeping (Vendor Invoicing)
Skills & Experience:
- Must be a highly motivated individual with strong leadership
- With good communication skills
- Must have a positive and professional attitude
- History of supervisory responsibilities required
- Must be Fluent in English, Prefer Bilingual Spanish or Chinese
- Property Management or Administrative Experience Required.
