We are a CA-DRE Licensed Mortgage Brokerage providing a platform for MLOs working remotely.
Get access to our lender portals to upload your borrower's 1003 application, run pricing scenarios & pull credit. Our lender comps are set between 1.00 & 2.5% for competitive pricing. Add your profile to our website for your borrowers to complete their 1003. In-house processing is available if needed.
We originate: Jumbo, Non-QM, Conforming, and FHA.
Our admin fee is $500 per transaction.
Example:
If the commission is $10,000, $9500 to you and $500 to us.
