Nolan Taft Management a property management company in West Los Angeles is seeking a full time Maintenance Assistant. WE are in the Palms, Mar Vista, Venice, West Los Angeles and Westchester areas with 50 buildings.
Specific Responsibilities:
⢠Framing
⢠Drywall and painting
⢠Minor electrical (outlets and light fixtures)
⢠Mudding
⢠Plastering
⢠Work orders
⢠Apartment turnovers
⢠Performing preventative maintenance
Experience:
⢠Minimum 1 year of apartment building experience
⢠Bilingual: English/Spanish
⢠Ability to successfully multi-task in busy and time-sensitive environment
⢠Ability to lift at least 80 lbs.
⢠Flexibility with schedules
⢠Good diagnostic & problem-solving skills
⢠Ability to maintain equipment
⢠Be a team player and have a positive attitude
⢠Must have reliable transportation
