We are looking for an experienced person to hire as a resident manager of a 45 unit apartment building in the Valley. The position will offer as compensation a one bedroom apartment at 50% Discount to market rent. Great newer building with a Gym and Pool. we also provide payment of average of 4 hours salary per day for 5 days a week, plus one week paid vacation, plus cell phone allowance and Car/Gas allowance. Need to be familiar with apartment management software.
