We are seeking a dependable and professional Resident Manager to live on-site and oversee the daily operations of a well-maintained 18-unit apartment building.
Position Includes:

Responsibilities:
Rent collection, tenant communication, and recordkeeping
Showing available units and hosting Open Houses when needed
Coordinating move-ins/move-outs
Responding to maintenance requests and scheduling vendors
Light cleaning of common areas
Maintaining a safe, quiet, and well-kept environment for residents
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property or building management preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Basic maintenance or handyman knowledge a plus
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
