Restaurant Realty Company, California's largest restaurant brokerage, is looking for new brokers and agents in Los Angeles County and Orange County.
Opportunities available for a highly motivated individual desiring to earn large commissions
The right candidates should be able to generate a 6-figure income facilitating transactions for individuals, families and/or businesses who want to buy or sell small-to-medium and large-sized privately held Restaurants, bars, clubs and related commercial buildings.
Candidates must (will need to) hold a California Real Estate Agent or Broker License
Restaurant experience preferred including management, ownership, sales or consulting
In lieu of restaurant experience, a strong commercial or business brokerage experience is strongly valued
Company provides extensive training.
Agents will source local area and generate listings for sales based on self-generated activities and internally-provided referred leads from our company marketing.
Agents will work to create interest to collaborate with Restaurant Realty by attending local networking events, setting up meetings, making cold/warm calls, creating lead generation programs (with support of marketing department) and network successfully to build territory, attract clients and grow in your target markets.
HOW WE WORK
All listings are placed through Restaurant Realty's extensive marketing system that reaches tens of thousands of buyers. Once a buyer has been established, the agent will work with the buyer and seller to close the transaction.
Restaurant Realty Company's brokers and agents have completed hundreds of millions of dollars of business and real estate transactions including selling over 1,400 restaurants, bars and clubs and related commercial buildings, leasing over 2.8 million square feet of commercial space and completing over 4,500 restaurant valuations since 1996. A good agent and/or broker should be able to generate a six-figure income.
Sales Agents and Broker Associates will generate listings of restaurant, bar and club businesses, real estate and for lease listings based on self-generated and internal referred leads.
All listings are placed through Restaurant Realty's extensive marketing system that reaches tens of thousands of buyers.
Once a buyer has been established, the agent will work with the buyer and seller to close the transaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5+ years current experience in Restaurant industry or Commercial Real Estate
Proven track record of working/collaborating with small, medium and large Restaurants
Capable of developing marketing strategies for various markets and types
An existing Rolodex of contacts you have sold to/networked with or are potential prospects is a huge plus
Excellent understanding of target market development - market planning, mapping models is a plus
Outstanding oral, written and verbal communication skills
Heavy phone experience with strong negotiation skills
Candidates should have the technology skills once trained with limited support. Past experience with ZOHO CRM preferred.
