We are seeking a Pawn Professional And Retail Sales Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for providing confidential loans to customers, as well as purchase and selling products and merchandise, in a retail setting. We are looking for someone with a great attitude and personality; we will train you on everything you need to know to thrive and succeed as a Pawn Professional.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
