Specialty Enzymes and Probiotics is a rapidly growing enzyme manufacturer and distributor to a wide range of industries throughout the world. We are currently recruiting for a microbiologist to perform Quality Control testing and analysis of enzyme products, raw materials and products contaminant and Bioburden testing for Yeast and mold, standard plate count for E.coli, Coli, Salmonella, S.aureus, and Coliform. Maintain proper documentation and record keeping. Knowledge of enzymology, USP, FCC, FDA methods for microbial enumeration, strong background in Microbiology. 3-5 years experience required.
Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology, M.Sc. degree in Microbiologist required, PhD preferred. Aseptic lab experience, BSL 2, Probiotic enumeration and environmental monitoring experience, Supervisory experience a plus. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, professional environment with diverse responsibilities and be a team player.
