We are wholesale and manufacturing company for an upscale collection of bathrobes & shower wraps catering to high-end hotels & spas. Our Offices and Warehouse are located in the city of Vernon, near Commerce & Maywood.
Job Title:
Customer Service -Sales
We are currently seeking a passionate & motivated individual who is able to work in fast paced environment, team player, able to multitask & is eager to bring new ideas to the table.
Sales and QuickBooks experience is ideal, as well as proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc). In this role you will maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Responsibilities include receiving and placing telephone calls, along with some data entry.
Work Schedule
Full Time and Part Time Work is available (Open and flexible schedules are preferred)
Monday-Friday
Duties will include:
Updating and maintaining company information via QuickBooks and Excel
Focusing on increasing sales with new and existing clients
Answering company phones and directing calls as needed
Helping organize and maintain office common areas
Performing general office clerk duties and/or errands as requested
Duties will vary depending on company owners needs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must have good customer service skills
Well-spoken with good phone etiquette
Sales Experience
QuickBooks Knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)
Daily attendance and punctuality are a must!
Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, phone, fax/scanner, etc)
