Amazon Account Sales Specialist
Responsibilities and Duties:
Day to day operation of the company Amazon Store.
Launch, maintain and improve product listings on Amazon, ensuring products are both accurate and compelling to incite consumer purchase
Manage daily listing maintenance, content descriptions, keywords optimization.
Increase listing visibility and traffic through marketplace tools and promotions.
Work with marketing department to create campaigns that improve search engine rankings, increase traffic to the site and strengthen customer loyalty
Manage and maintain strategies on Amazon FBA, Seller Fulfilled to meet growth objectives.
Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings and customer reviews.
Passionate about delivering quality customer service, including responding to all customer messages within 24 hours and resolving their issues.
Required education/skills/experience:
Deep understanding of Amazon Marketplace a must: product ranking, company ranking, reviews, advertising, etc
At least 1 years of Amazon specific experience
Strong computer skills: knowledge of creative a plus
Expert level experience in Customer Service
Positive personality with a strong desire to be part of a fast-paced, fun, and hard-working team solving big problems to create big opportunities.
Job Tape: Full-time
Bilingual English-Chinese preferred but not required.
