We are MacEnthusiasts; a 25+ year dealer of Pre-Loved Apple Computer and Technology Services. We are currently looking for Mac savvy sales people to join our team. Our main goal is to provide exceptional customer service to each and every individual that walks into our store.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have an aptitude & passion for technology
Knowledge of all Apple products (Current and Previous Years Models)
Sales and/or Retail experience within the last 5 years necessary, with a minimum of 2 years experience
Must have a positive CAN-DO attitude
Must have a technological disposition to determine and uncover customer needs and provide solutions at the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The sales associate position includes interacting with customers in person, over the phone and via online communication. The main duty of this company representative is to advise current and prospective clients to buy company products and take use of company services. Daily activities include describing company benefits and presenting special offers; collecting information about the client and documenting it; entering customer details into the computer database/POS system.
Handling inbound calls and assuring clients the benefits and advantages of coming to us for their technology needs. Documenting complaints/incidents and escalating to superiors for further assistance are some additional responsibilities of this position. He/she may also handle a few administrative tasks and document review for data processing, accuracy, and process management continuously. Ability to liaise with other departments to analyze and understand corporate workflow.
