Position: Inside Sales Coordinator Foodservice Industry.
Job Brief: Arctic Industries is a leading manufacturer of walk-in coolers and freezers. With the recent addition of a West Coast manufacturing facility to complement our Florida facility, we are poised for significant growth. We are seeking a disciplined and organized Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales in the foodservice segment of the walk-in cooler and freezer industry.
Function and Responsibilities:
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and negotiating terms with the customers
Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing
Effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner
Make follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Take ownership of customers issues and follow up problems through to resolution
Skills and Requirements:
Account or sales management experience
Experience in providing customer service support
Working knowledge of customer service software, as CRM databases and tools
Ability to think strategically
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Customer service orientation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly-organized, multi-tasker with strong time management skills
Enthusiastic, positive and passionate
Team player
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
Experience in the equipment procurement in the foodservice industry preferred
In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Geographically located within proximity to our Monrovia, CA Manufacturing Center
Bilingual English/Spanish beneficial yet not required
