WeBuyCars.com is looking for energetic, motivated and experienced automotive sales people to complement our Internet Sales team.
There is no cold calling. All calls, emails and online chats are inbound from people interested in selling their vehicle, or outbound to customers who called us previously.
This a FULL-TIME position only. You must be able to work Saturdays.
Base pay is provided as well as a fair bonus system.
Key skills required:
At least 1 year of experience in retail or whole sales auto sales
High need for achievement of sales goals.
Coachable: Listens to and implements advice from Sales managers.
Computer literacy Must type 35 wpm.
Experience working and succeeding in a quota and goal driven environment.
Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with customers.
Works well independently and as part of a team
Has reliable transportation
We do a 90 day Drug test.
Must pass background (for vehicle sales person license).
Bi-lingual skills a plus.
