Job Description
The service advisor works closely with technicians to communicate maintenance and repair needs to the client. The Service advisor will order parts for each repair, quote pricing and advise clients on which services ought to be prioritized.
Requirements
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Must have experience working in the automotive industry in any capacity
Must be a TEAM PLAYER and a multitasking expert
Must have familiarity or working knowledge of car parts and basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
Preferred Qualifications
1-year experience working in the automotive industry, such as a dealership or independent shop.
Experience working on Mitchell or related automotive CRM software.
