Position Summary:
The full time Security Patrol Sales Rep will drive a marked patrol vehicle to enhance visibility. Sell patrol, and armed response services to homeowners, business, and industrial establishments. Patrol Sales Reps will compile lists of prospective clients from the existing ADT client base, canvassing, client visits, referrals, and through the Patrol Sales Marketing Plan. Travel throughout assigned territories in company patrol vehicle to present sales proposals to prospective and existing clients is required. Patrol Sales Reps will also be required to maximize customer satisfaction and retention by initiating post sale follow-ups. this is a full time position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Majority of the time will be spent generating leads and selling patrol and armed response contracts in designated areas.
Networking to identify prospects via community interaction and referral based strategies.
Quotes prices, credit terms, and prepares sales contracts.
Adhere to current ADT policies, procedures, and programs to maintain optimum proficiency. Prepares contracts and riders for signatures.
Responds to client concerns in a timely manner and suggest resolution.
Follows up with clients to ensure proper services are being delivered.
Maintains customer retention by affirming customer service levels and client satisfaction.
Attend Home Owner Association meetings and follows through with any changes in services, including downgrading.
Meet sales quota expectations.
Minimum Requirements include:
Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record required for use of company patrol vehicle
Must be available for local travel, nights, and weekends to accommodate residential customers scheduling needs.
