A+ BBB rated Tax Resolution company in Sherman Oaks is seeking a dependable SALES ASSOCIATE.
Direct Tax Relief has been helping taxpayers resolve their IRS and State tax matters for 12 years now and we need help in our Sales dept.
We are looking for someone who is great on the phones and works well with the sales team to support our Sales team with leads, follow ups, preparing documents, and more.
Candidate needs to be motivated, energetic and be confident on the phone.
Primary function of this position will be to support the Sales Advisors.
Some functions of this position will be the following:
1. Screen incoming phone calls and transfer to a Sales Advisor for consultation.
2. Call existing inventory of leads and transfer call to a Sales Advisor (bonus paid for each qualified transfer and/or closed deal).
3. Use CRM programs (Velocify and IRS Logics) to track, view, update and call leads.
4. Use chat program to communicate with and screen potential leads.
5. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
6. Must be assertive and confident on the phone.
Must be able to work Monday to Friday and commute to Sherman Oaks.
If you have tax resolution sales experience and are able to start immediately that is a PLUS.
We provide a competitive hourly pay (depends on experience), bonuses, vacation, sick and vacation pay.
