We are looking for people who are interested in a part-time and potential full time sales role. We are a financial/marketing firm based in Santa Monica looking for fearless, hard working, organized, self motivated, and committed individuals. We are interested in candidates who have a background in sales but are open to different experiences/credentials. The applicant must have the ability to think quickly, speak clearly, rebut tough statements, and answer questions thoroughly and succinctly.
The position will require the employee to:
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
- Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.
- Deliver prepared sales talks and read from scripts that describe products or services in order to persuade potential clients to take a free consultation.
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from clients.
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
- Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.

Pay - hourly wage, plus potential bonus based on performance
