Position Overview: As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee and tea beverages while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our clients. Your passion for coffee and customer service will play a key role in enhancing our clients' wellness journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages.
Provide exceptional customer service and engage with clients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area.
Manage cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Collaborate with the wellness center team to support special events and promotions.
Educate clients on menu items and suggest beverages based on preferences.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Schedule:
Part-time hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
