We specialize in providing tailored security management solutions that are designed to meet each one of our client's individual needs.General Statement of JobThe Networks Administrator under the direction and guidance of the Senior Manager of IT is responsible for planning, maintaining, servicing software and hardware systems.This position will revolve heavily on various operating system such as Windows 10, Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016, MacOS, and Linux. The position may also include floating help desk providing troubleshooting for Apple and PC users, as well as assisting the team with management in projects.Essential Job FunctionsServer, Storage, and backup▪ Active Directory management, group policy, data migration, and etc…▪ Ability to create, rebuild servers, monitor, and maintain health of servers▪ Plan, create, and manage storage environment for hypervisor and disaster recoveryiOS/OSX▪ Assist in deployment and upgrades of IOS and OSX operating devices▪ Float help desk to assist in a wide array of troubleshooting needs of both operating systems▪ Knowledgeable enough to provide input on future releases and applications valuable to the operations of the organizationMinimum Qualifications and Requirements▪ Bachelor’s degree and other certificates (preferred)▪ 3-5 years’ experience in managing systems in a medium to large scale organization▪ Salesforce experience▪ Mobile Device Management▪ Servers and storage monitoring services (preferred)▪ Must possess the ability to effectively communicate with and render excellent customer service to all levels of management, including Executives and VIPs▪ A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitudeThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature of this job.
