You're great at construction and demo but challenged to learn more? Start a career in property management. Our team is looking for an experienced Renovation Technician to assist with capital improvement projects at our various properties in the Lancaster area!
The ideal candidate willÂhave experience in all trades (i.e. demo, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint) and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include general removal/replacement of cabinets, vanities and fixtures, installations, scheduling, and flooring & appliance orders. Must be able to work under specific time frame for completion of units and communicate status or completion of projects to Managers.
Qualifications
Working knowledge of and experience in all of the trades plumbing, electrical, painting, tiling, locksmith, and carpentry.
Ability to communicate in English.
Prefer HVAC certification.
Must have valid drivers license and proof of required insurance.
