Building Maintenance Technician
Building Contractor is immediately hiring talented clean-cut maintenance technicians to carry out routine apartment/condo maintenance in Los Angeles. You should have the skills to carry out routine apartment/condo maintenance specifically painting/drywall and basic carpentry. Other duties could include flooring repair, basic carpentry, repairing minor leaks, replacing or repairing faucets and other plumbing fixtures; changing electrical receptacles, repairing or replacing electrical fixtures as well as other minor plumbing and electrical work as required in tenant occupied units of a multi-story residential complex.
Qualifications Include:
Basic knowledge of routine multi-story building maintenance and troubleshooting tasks including painting, drywall, basic carpentry. Other duties could include flooring repair, plumbing, electrical, HVAC repair and grounds keeping.
Painting/Drywall basic carpentry
Experienced with use of various hand and power tools used in building maintenance.
Interpersonal and written communication skills to interact effectively and cooperatively with staff, residents and the public.
Clean-Cut, Presentable appearance.
Ability to lift up to 75lbs
