An established HVAC Company in North Hollywood is seeking a full-time Lead Installers and helpers to join our team. We have been providing extraordinary service and installation since 1991 to our clients in the greater Los Angeles area.
Lead installers & service techs must be able to ensure that work is completed up to code andcomplies with all safety regulations to the highest standards of workmanship and provide superior customer service to the clients consistent with our unwavering commitment to service.

Qualifications:
Must have minimum 4 years of proven experience
Installation of all packaged and split HVAC systems
Installation of ducted and ductless mini split systems
Lay out and connect electrical wiring between controls and equipment.
Ability to lift heavy equipment, handle physical workload and fit into confined spaces such as attics, basements and under houses
Perform start up on equipment after install
Must have valid/clean DMV record
Must be able tocomplete a drug screening and background check
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Clean and neat appearance
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Positive and professional attitude in all interactions with staff and customers
Company Provided Vehicle for work purposes
Continuing education and training classes provided
