Seeking hard working experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team here in the Beautiful city of Palmdale, CA! This is a full time 40 hours a week position that also comes with excellent Benefits!
A minimum of 1 year experience in the Apartment Maintenance field is required,with hands on experience in the following: Appliance Repair, Light Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical.
Must be able to work in a team oriented environment. This position provides a competitive benefits package with the opportunity to advance.

EXPERIENCE:
⢠Handle installation, repairs, plumbing and electrical issues
⢠Respond to maintenance requests put forward by residents or staff in terms of plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs
⢠Manage repair work on walls, floors, doors and wood work
⢠Paint interior of the building and inspect and respond to safety issues
⢠Document findings in terms of needed repairs and performed duties
⢠Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes
⢠Assure the implementation of security and safety standards
⢠Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building
⢠Respond to emergency situations in a prompt manner
