Logistics LLC is a private company that delivers packages to residential and business customers. We work out of a station located in Rosemead, CA and deliver to the surrounding areas, as well as other cities of the San Gabriel Valley.
We are a company that values teamwork and professionalism. We are are looking to hire strong, responsible candidates that are essential in building an elite team. We are like a family; we take care of each other and like to laugh, but we also work very hard.

Position: Delivery Associate (Delivery Driver), Full-time.
Responsibilities:
You will drive a company van and use a company smartphone to deliver 200-300 packages per shift. You load up your own van in the morning. Expect to get in and out of your van 150+ times a day and you must be able to walk at a brisk pace for 8-9 hours straight. After your first few weeks, you must demonstrate that you’re able to consistently finish your on route with little or no help from other delivery drivers.
Pay: $15/hour
Requirements:
- You must be 23 years old or older.
- You must be able to legally work in the US.
- You must pass a background check (no felonies).
- You must have a driver’s license and pass a DMV history check (no DUI or suspended license).
- You must pass a drug test (this includes marijuana).
- You must be able to set up direct deposit for your paychecks.
- You must have a reliable smartphone.
- You must be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds (but most weigh 20 pounds or less).
- You must be “available” to work 6 of the 7 days.
Hours:
- Up to 10 hours per day, up to 4 days a week. It is a full time position, but the 40 hours per week is not guaranteed. Work hours is dependent on the package volume of the day. Our current start time is 8:55am.
Schedule:
- Your schedule will vary for the first couple of weeks, then settle into a regular schedule. You will be required to work either a Saturday or Sunday. We are looking for candidates who have an open schedule (available 6/7 days a week).
Qualities we are looking for:
- Reliable: you report to your scheduled shifts and arrive on time.
- Responsible: you drive carefully and do not damage our company vans or work phones.
- Team player: you work not only to do your own duties, but also your co-workers’ if they need your help.
- Honest: you always tell the truth, own up to your mistakes, and learn from them.
- Hard working: you can finish your own route, have the stamina, and be physically able to do the job efficiently.
- Flexible: you’re able to adapt to changes in company policies and changes in your schedule.
- Friendly: you have good customer service skills and enjoy short interactions with people. You smile and have fun delivering packages.
- Good sense of direction: You can follow GPS directions and can find your way back if you become lost.
- Good troubleshooting skills: You’re able to solve problems that may unexpectedly arise (although you can ask help from the dispatchers or from the on-road support team).
Training:
- After you complete the onboarding requirements (background check, drug test, etc), there will be one day of training and orientation.
Other information:
- There is room for growth. Promotions will be given to the top tier delivery drivers.
- You will be recognized for your efforts and may receive awards.
