Job Description We are seeking a Business Development professional with experience in Deep Foundation engineering and construction. Background in Geotechnical Engineering or Construction Management. Extensive knowledge of the Los Angeles market. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with leading contractors and engineering firms in order to identify new opportunities for the company as we continue to expand our presence in the area.
What you will be doing:
Identify new project opportunities through extensive industry research and networking
Screen and vet opportunities to promote company s deep foundation solutions
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business
Maintain existing relationships
Regular travel throughout New York / New Jersey area to develop opportunities
Experience you will need:
5 years' prior industry related business development experience
Sales oriented with solid technical understanding
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
