Then our ICN Personal Monitoring team may be the right fit for you!Work you'll doAs a Personal Monitoring (Audits) Associate Analyst, you'll use your analytical, research and investigative skills to:Maintain the independence of the Deloitte entities and personal independence of our professionals.

Perform audit and review procedures to identify potential areas of non-compliance to Deloitte policies.

Effectively monitor our people's adherence to firm policy.

Provide critical assurance to firm leadership and other outside regulatory bodies that Deloitte has independence quality control procedures in place to effectively monitor our people's adherence to firm policy and regulatory requirements.

Independence requirements are defined by specific sets of policies, external rules and regulations, so maintaining both the independence of the Deloitte US Firms and personal independence is essential to the business and reputation of Deloitte.QualificationsRequired:Bachelors' degree (preferably business, finance or accounting)

0-2 years of external audit, internal audit, regulatory compliance or comparable experience

Outstanding attention to detail, professional skepticism and the ability to follow audit programs

Familiarity with financial services and investments and an understanding of common financial instruments used by business executives

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:An understanding of Independence requirements for professional auditing firms
