A high growth start-up that creates all-natural personal care products is in search of a Cyber Security Manager to join their team. This company prides themselves in having a collaborative humor based culture which shows on their commercials.

This role will be the first security hire of the organization. This role will be in charge of building the companies security posture from the ground up. 85% of the role will be Cyber Security tooling focused, 15% will involve compliance related initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of Cyber Security experience
• Familiarity with security frameworks
• Experience implementing security tools (ex SSO, SIEM, Vulnerability Management etc.)

Desired Skills & Experience

• AWS Experience
• Previous Lead Security professional at a start-up
• Previous eCommerce experience
• Big 4 consulting experience
• Experience mentoring, coaching or managing others

The Offer

• Competitive Salary: Up to $160,000/year, DOE
