Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word
Practical knowledge of database management

Film Editing experience highly preferred
General familiarity with Microsoft Excel
Foundational knowledge in Video Content
This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred
At least 1+ years of business/office experience
Proficient with database and file management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
Past experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite
Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
