As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, account analysis and reconciliations, financial statement preparation and consolidation, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Submit your application today!ResponsibilitiesAssemble monthly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting
Take part in various department-wide initiatives
Put together Balance Sheet account reconciliations
Realize compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and controls by working with business partners
Administer monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP
Analyze financial results (benchmarks, trends, performance metrics)
Complete other projects as required
Arrange quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors
Bring a daily dedication to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process
RequirementsMinimum 5-7 years of overall general accounting experience
Sharp, analytical thinking abilities, always seeking to draw connections and identify the "why"
Financial reporting systems proficiency is a plus
Strong organization skills
Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity
SOX internal control assessments (Section 404) experience
BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are highly desired
Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills
Knowledgeable of ERP systems
Proficiency with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required
Microsoft Excel experience
Account reconciliation experience
Ability to work well with functional department managers
Highly capable of analyzing financial data and quickly creating accurate reports
