The Business Consulting services include development of a plan to migrate from a legacy Lotus Notes implementation. Development of the plan will include facilitating sessions with approximately eight functional areas using approximately 50 databases to understand their businesses, elicit and analyze requirements, and make recommendations for new solutions. The Lotus Notes databases vary in complexity consisting of flat structures, business logic, and workflows. A high-level enterprise architecture should be documented to capture the as-is and proposed technical ecosystem. The successful candidate(s) will have:
Availability and flexibility in providing services.
Experience in developing plans to migrate Lotus Notes applications to Cloud technologies such as SharePoint, .Net, and Salesforce. The successful candidate shall have expert skills in eliciting requirements, analyzing, documenting, creating project plans and roadmaps, re-engineering business processes, and re-designing workflows.
Required Experience:
Experience in the translation of business requirements into information technology system
Experience in the analysis and creation of roadmaps for transitioning off of Lotus Notes
Experience in creating and maintaining detail project plans using Microsoft Project
Experience in eliciting business requirements in a group setting
Experience in designing, planning, and sequencing the migration of Lotus Notes applications into Cloud platform technologies such as SharePoint, .Net, and Salesforce.
