Tech Support Specialist – Lotus Notes Migration (Mather, CA) We are currently looking for a Tech Support Specialist for Lotus Notes Technical Support Services to support the current system over a 12-month period, while migration to the new systems is underway. This is a 12 month (extensions possible) should be available on an as-needed basis. Remote until offices re-open; then a mix of remote and onsite at the client’s offices in Mather, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions’ employee. 401K offered.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Lotus Notes applications.
Perform user testing and acceptance activities for Lotus Notes solutions.
Evaluate and verify support requests.
Analysis and creation of roadmaps for transitioning from Lotus Notes
Requirements: 5 years of experience in the following.

Documenting the outcomes of support requests for Lotus Notes applications.
