Flexo Operator

FULL-TIME

$17.50/hr

Duties include setting up rails, printing, and die cutting sections on Flexo accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques. Inspecting all dies before and after run to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before the next run. Ensuring all bolts for cutting dies are in place and tightly secured. Monitoring box quality, including, but not limited to, loose liner, warp, correct size, and print. Checking anilox rolls for damage. Cross-training on other machines. Completing necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner, turning in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs and being proactive in the maintenance of equipment.

Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays

Previous experience operating corrugated printing equipment or machine operation experience
