Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform all duties within the branch to include, new accounts, Loan applications, teller transactions, any other assigned member service representative activities, or clerical function.
Monitors the performance of the branch staff and provides feedback and coaching to achieve maximum service to the membership.
Serves as initial escalation point for all member related complaints and has the skillset to diffuse and communicate to all members.
Handles overflow workload when needed.
In coordination with Branch Manager sets schedule to ensure proper coverage in all areas to provide maximum service to the membership.
Produce and develop reporting for management and the Board of Directors.
Perform timely performance appraisals to all staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent
Two years financial institution experience
