Daniel Leombruno and Associates, LLP is a small accounting and tax preparation firm. We have an opening for an organized, self-starting individual with the ability to learn and grow with the company. We are looking for a Tax Preparer with strong administrative skills.
The Administrative Assistant duties include answering the phone, transferring calls, payroll, assisting with tax preparation, and other tasks.
The Tax Preparer duties include Corporate/Partnership/Fiduciary/Individual Tax Preparation, After the fact Write up and/or Full Charge Bookkeeping experience, current/up to date information technology skills (We work in a paperless server/cloud-based system), Ability to communicate in written and verbal format for email/phone/face-to-face meetings/conferences, Highly motivated individual(s) with the ability to problem solve & Ability to work independently in a deadline driven environment
Minimum Requirements
CPA, CPA Candidate, EA certification, and/or 2-4 years Tax Preparation Experience
QuickBooks (5-7 years)
Ultra Tax or similar tax software experience
